（中央社記者王揚宇台北21日電）台北地檢署偵辦兆豐銀案，今天上午首度提訊前兆豐金融控股股份有限公司董事長蔡友才，釐清案情。經偵訊後，蔡友才已還押看守所。
檢方調查，蔡友才涉嫌擅自將關於兆豐金控、兆豐銀行投資策略規劃的營業秘密，攜到鑒機公司使用，足以損害兆豐金控、兆豐銀行，而蔡友才與前兆豐金主任秘書王起梆，疑涉在鑒機公司會議紀錄上不實記載，足生損害於主管機關管理正確性。
此外，兆豐金控旗下兆豐國際商業銀行紐約分行因涉洗錢，在美國紐約州金融服務署（DFS）首季一般業務檢查中，被指控2012年涉及違反銀行保密法及反洗錢法，遭重罰1.8億美元（約新台幣56.5億元）。
北檢近來積極偵辦兆豐銀案，10月14日首度提訊王起梆，也在當天首度傳喚兆豐銀紐約分行經理黃士明到案，黃士明訊後依涉犯證券交易法等，諭令新台幣120萬元交保。1051021

在南韓總統朴槿惠為讓好友干涉政府事務而公開道歉後，這起閨密干政風波並未因此而平息。數萬南韓民眾今天(5日)在首爾集會遊行，要求朴槿惠必須辭職下台。
警方估計，大約有4萬人參與遊行示威；但主辦單位則表示，有10萬人站出來，要求朴槿惠辭職。
根據美聯社報導，有數十輛警車停放在首爾市政府道路上。警方計劃封鎖前往總統府青瓦台附近的道路，以防止示威群眾衝進去。
朴槿惠在4日於電視上公開向南韓全民道歉，並表示願意接受司法調查，但反對黨仍威脅將迫使朴槿惠下台。
